If you've placed an order but never received a confirmation email, occasionally those will end up in your spam or junk folder. Please check there first. If you still have no confirmation email and you would like to confirm your order, please feel free to email us at: orders@tropcialmaniac.com or give us a call at (979) 240-9058.

Order changes or cancellations must be made within 1 hour of order being placed. Changes may only be made during business hours -9:00am to 7:00pm CST.

If changes or modifications are too extensive we will cancel your original order and help you create a new order.

Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
